Beach Walk

All the children from Junior Infants to 6th class enjoyed the wonderful June sunshine with a walk to our local beach. After arriving at the beach, we ate our lunches. Then, we built sandcastles and forts and played beach volleyball.  After that, our wonderful Board of Management surprised us with an ice-cream truck at the beach. Everyone got a delicious cone just before we headed back to school.  It was such a fun day and a great way to end the school year!
