This year our infant classes performed Christmas carols and some festive dances. Thank you to Billie Jean School of Performing Arts for working with the children over the past few weeks in preparation for our Christmas shows. This year our 1st-6th classes performed Christmas carols and some festive dances. Thank you to Billie Jean School of Performing Arts for working with the children over the past few weeks in preparation for our Christmas shows. Thank you to our parents, families and friends for coming to see our show and supporting our raffles organsied by our amazing Parents' Association!

All classes enjoyed some festive cooking with infant- 2nd classes making some delicious polar bear treats and 3rd-6th making some tasty Christmas wreaths.

For Christmas STEAM all classes took part in various activities including Beebots (Infants-2nd Class), Christmas Jumper Designer on our iPads, LEGO Snow mobile (3rd & 4th Classes)  & LEGO Penguins (5th & 6th Classes). The children from 1st-3rd classes enjoyed researching and creating projects based on the theme of Christmas. The children completed group projects on Gingerbread Houses, Jingle Bells and Christmas Trees to name a few. Take a look at their great work below ↓ 

All classes enjoyed a Christmas Maths quiz online bases on number, shape, pattern and designing and making.

Well done to  all the children who missed no day in term one. To celebrate this wonderful achievment, each child received a certificate and a selection box. 

Well done to James, Maissa and Eibhlin who received kindness awards in term one.
