We understand that some of our Junior Infants may find their first few days attending school intimidating and may have difficulty entering the school alone. If parents find themselves faced with this scenario, we have put the following procedures in place to allow for a smoother transition:

• Drop off times for Junior Infants will be from 8.40- 9.00 AM from 26/08/26 to 28/08/26 inclusive. From 31/08/26 onwards, Junior Infant drop off times will be from 8.40-8.50 AM.

• If necessary, parents of Junior Infants may enter the school at entry point B. (see map below)

• From there, parents may walk their child to their classroom, where games and activities will be set up for them.

• Parents may then exit the school once their child has settled.

• Beginning on 31/08/26, Junior Infant children must be dropped off at entry point A (main entrance), where they will be greeted by a staff member. Parents will no longer be allowed to enter the school from this date onward, unless by prior arrangement

• Meetings between parents and teachers can only take place by prior arrangement. To book an appointment with a staff member, please e-mail them at the following addresses:
