University College Cork

The children from 4th-6th classes enjoyed a school tour to the University College Cork (UCC) recently. After catching the train from Midleton to Cork and a stroll across Cork City, the children received a guided tour of the campus. They learned about the history of the college, traditions,  accessed historical bulldings and learned about some of the courses on offer. To complete the day, they got to experience a junior conferring when they wore graduation robes and received certificates on completion of the tour. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day. Thank you to the staff at UCC for such a great tour!
