Ag Céiliúradh Náomh Pádraig

Bhíomar ag ceiliúradh Naomh Pádraig ar scoil le deanaí agus bhain na páistí an sult as! Ghlac na páistí páirt i ngníomhaíochtaí éagsúla i rith an lae agus i rith na seachtaine chun Naomh Pádraig a cheiliúradh.

We were celebrating St. Patrick's Day in school recently and the children really enjoyed it! The children took part in various activities during the day to celebrate St. Patrick.

 During the week the children learned about the history of St. Patrick, the history of our National Anthem, 'Amhrán na bhFiann', cluichí Biongó, Irish themed art lessons and our annual quiz.

For our 'Lá Glas' we celebrated St. Patrick with a whole school assembly. The children sang songs, performed poems and took part in a whole school Céilí.
